This Office Error Code 0-1005 generally occurred due to following issues:

• Due to Office installation file corrupt.
• After Office Updates Installation.
• Re-Installation of Office.
• Multiple Installation of same Office license on different system.

Steps to Fix Microsoft Office Error Code 0-1005

Step 1: Try to repair existing office Installation.

Step 2: Clear temp file.
For clear temp file. 

A) Just type windows+r keyboard together in your system.

B) Then Type temp and hit enter button

c) Then you will see a temp file screen windows.

D) Select all or press ctrl+a 

E) then press shift+delete button together

F) Restart your System.

Note: Still having same error code 0-1005 then you may follow below steps.

Step 3: Clear the registry key.

Step 4:  Clear office hash key from your system.

Step 5: Check your Office account.

Step 6: Uninstall previous office and restart your system.

Step 7: Install new Office installation.
